Who runs it
Lifter Hamper is edited by Mary Hale. Mary edits Lifter Hamper and checks every detail, so a hamper or rack fits the space before you buy it.
How products are chosen
We start with what you searched for and build each page around it.
When a page focuses on a specific product feature, every recommendation must have that feature, verified against the manufacturer's own listing. When it focuses on a measurement, such as height, size or strength, products are ranked by that measurement, with the biggest or strongest options first. For everything else, we use Amazon sales performance. Each page clearly explains how its recommendations are ranked.
Every product must also bring something different to the list. We explain what sets each pick apart, so you can quickly see why it made the cut.
Product sizes and specifications come directly from the manufacturer. Our "What owners say" notes summarize feedback from real buyers across retailer websites, manufacturer websites and forums.
We leave out prices because they change too frequently to keep reliably up to date.
